Learnosity OnScreen was developed in conjunction with the New South Wales Board of Studies in Australia. The solution has proven itself as the best way to deliver large scale exams having delivered in excess of 13 million onscreen assessments to date.

Features
There are many great features of Learnosity OnScreen and we are always adding enhancements to make the experience richer for our customers.
Here are some of the features of Learnosity OnScreen:
- Spoken Assessment - effective non streaming (record and upload) audio suitable for summative assessment.
- Practice tests - students logon online and take a practice test that is automatically marked and the results presented to the student.
- High stakes assessment - designed for important assessment such as state exams. Students provided with secure logon credentials. Answers are stored and are marked in batch after all students have completed the assessment.
- Secure Assessment - Designed for use in high stakes assessment and enables the lock down of the students computer in Kiosk Mode to disable the use of other applications to prevent cheating. Student answers also recorded in .pdf files to ensure no loss of data.
- Special Needs / Special Provisions Assessment - Learnosity OnScreen was built from the ground up with special needs students in mind. Features include, extra time, student customisable font and image size, pause button as well as student customisable interface and content colours. Each special provision can be allocated to one or all students.
- Screen Reader Version - For students with impaired vision, a full screen reader is available.
- Cross platform solution that supports iOS, Linux and Windows.
- Mobile Assessment - A customised version of Learnosity OnScreen is available for assessments on the small screen, for example an iPhone, iPod or Android Phone. This has been developed for City & Guilds. Point your mobile browser to http://cityandguilds.learnosity.com/ and ask us for a username and password.

Screen Reader Version
For blind users, we offer a screen reader version of Learnosity OnScreen. This is essentially an accessible html frontend designed specifically for screen reader software such as JAWS. The screen reader version was originally developed with the NSW Board of Studies in collaboration with Vision Australia and The Royal Institute for Deaf and Blind Children.
The application has been used by blind students in New South Wales, and been comprehensively tested by Vision Australia.
